3. Payment Terms

Where included, installation, commissioning and operator training will be scheduled within a reasonable period after delivery. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services, where purchased, are governed by the specific terms of the AMC agreement executed separately.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the technical and often custom-configured nature of laboratory equipment, orders once confirmed are generally not cancellable or returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect, verified upon inspection, or as otherwise agreed in writing at the time of sale.
